  2. Include as many details about the job as possible (qty/due date/deco style/etc.)
  3. We'll contact you to collect artwork, goods, and confirm pricing
  4. Order is Ready for Production once PO, art, and goods are received + approved
  5. We notify you about completion of your order (and provide tracking if order is shipped)
